1. General information
In all our prices, the swedish tax of 25 % are included. If the tax rate should change, Relaxed Movement reserves the right to change our prices correlative.
To be able to order from Relaxed Movement, you have to be 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
Relaxed Movement takes no responsibility for slight changes regarding how colors, materials and sizes are shown on the website.
2. Shipping and shipping fees
All prices are show without shipping fees. The shipping fee for all orders within Sweden is € 3,90. The shipping fee for all orders outside of Sweden but within Europe is € 8,00. For orders exceeding € 90,00 the shipping fee is free.
If the product would be damaged during transport from Relaxed Movement’s warehouse to the customer, Relaxed Movements takes the risk and will be obliged to repay the customer.
If the product would be damaged during a return shipment from the customer to Relaxed Movement’s warehouse, the customer takes the risk together with the transportation company.
3. Payment
We use world-leading actor PayPal* for our payments. You can either pay with your PayPal-account or with a credit card without having to create an account on PayPal. We can take a wide range of credit cards including VISA, Master Card and American Express.
* PayPal has an advanced protection system against fraud, sends automatic e-mails after each transaction to prevent identity theft and has an easy reporting system for you as a customer to always feel safe with your purchases. You can read more about PayPal here.
4. Delivery
Your orders will be sent as soon as possible, usually we try to send them within 24 hours of your order. At high load and with backordered products it can take longer. Depending on which country you order from and the carrier in that country the delivery time can range from 2-5 days. If we aren’t able to reach our standards regarding delivery times you can always cancel your order.
5. Returns and refunds
If you are not happy with your product you have full right to return it within 14 days of purchase. To get a refund the product shall be unused, unwashed and returned in an undamaged condition. Relaxed Movement reserves the right to judge weather the returned product is in such a condition.
If the product is damaged or faulty at delivery to the customer, the customer always has the right to get a full refund. The customer has the burden of proof to show that the product was damaged or faulty before delivery to the customer.
At return or change of a faulty product Relaxed Movement will pay the return shipping. If the customer returns the product by any other reason the customer pays for the return shipping.

When we have recieved the product and judged it undamaged and in an acceptable condition we will repay you within 30 days.
6. Personal information
According to swedish law (PUL) we have to have your agreement that we store information about you. The information we store are being used only so that Relaxed Movement can fullfill our committments to you, send you exclusive offers or for other marketing purposes.
The personal information you leave to Relaxed Movement will be treated confidentially and will not be given toa ny third party. You always have the right to show, edit and erase the personal information you have saved at Relaxed Movement.
No payment or bank information will be stored at Relaxed Movement, all these information goes through our payment solution.
7. False orders
All false orders will be reported to the police. Your IP-number are being registered at order.
